Shipping policy

TrailerWatchdog ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping is free on all domestic orders. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look it up for you.

International Orders

We are not currently able to ship outside the United States. If you are located outside the US and would like to purchase, please contact us to discuss options.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, replace the item.
